Introduction

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the HospiSystem website or services. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Interpretation and definitions

“Company”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to HospiSystem, a product of SNAF India. “Service” means the HospiSystem website, software and related services. “You” means the person or organisation accessing or using the Service.

Eligibility and acceptance

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to accept these Terms personally or on behalf of the organisation you represent. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

Use of the Service

HospiSystem provides hospital-management tools for clinical, operational, billing and administrative workflows. Available modules, configuration, implementation scope, support and commercial terms are determined by the applicable proposal, order form or service agreement.

You must use the Service lawfully, keep account credentials confidential, maintain accurate information and ensure that authorised users follow applicable hospital policies and laws.

Healthcare responsibility

The Service supports healthcare administration and information workflows; it does not replace professional clinical judgement. Healthcare providers remain responsible for patient identification, clinical decisions, diagnoses, treatment, prescriptions, records and regulatory compliance.

Data and privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have a lawful basis and appropriate permissions to enter patient, employee and operational data into the Service.

Third-party services and links

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party websites and services. We do not control their content, availability, security or privacy practices, and their separate terms may apply.

Intellectual property

The Service, website, design, software, branding and original content are owned by or licensed to the Company. No ownership rights are transferred to you. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or misuse the Service except where expressly permitted in writing or by law.

Availability and disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance or compatibility with every device, system or third-party service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profits, business, data or goodwill. Any liability will be limited as stated in the applicable service agreement.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms, non-payment, security risks, unlawful activity or as otherwise provided in the applicable agreement. Obligations that by nature should survive termination will continue.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve concerns by contacting us. Courts with appropriate jurisdiction in West Bengal will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised date will be shown on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
